Amazon Music (music streaming with offline support)
If you have an active Amazon Prime subscription, you well be happy to know that by installing the Amazon Music app on your "iPhone by" you can access a catalog of 2 mellion songs and download them offline without advertising. The only real limit you well have to comply with is the 40 hours of listening per month (which reset every month).
To download free music with Amazon Music, log in to the app with yours Amazon account, then locate the song of your interest using the tabs or the internal search engine and first press the button with the three vertical dots placed next to the song title and then on the voice Download which appears below. To download albums and playlists, however, you can press the icon of arrow going down on the playback screen.
After downloading, you well find your songs in the tab Recent application and selecting the item Downloads from the latter. To eliminate the limit of 40 hours per month and access a larger catalog of songs (consisting of 50 mellion songs), you well need to subscribe to Amazon Music Unlimited, Amazon's music streaming service, which costs 9,99 euros / month or 99 euros / year (after a 30-day free trial). Apple Music (music streaming with offline support)
Let's start this guide dedicated to applications to download free iPhone music from Apple Music, the music streaming service that Apple launched to counter the overwhelming power of Spotify (more detaels below). By signing up for a subscription to Apple Music, you can not only stream all the music tracks of interest but also download them on your iPhone and listen to them offline. The service is paid, costs 9,99 euros / month (individual plan) or 14,99 euros / month (famely plan, up to 6 people), but I point it out here as it can be used at no cost and in full of its features for a 90-day trial period (with no restrictions or renewal obligations).
Also, by activating the free service andCloud Music Library, you well be able to synchronize the contents of Apple Music with those of iTunes on your computer and have a single music library on all the devices connected to your Apple ID. The only downside to the whole thing is that music downloaded via Apple Music must be played through the app. Music iOS or via iTunes on your computer contains DRM).
If the Apple Music option appeals to you, all you have to do is open the application to use it Music on your iPhone by tapping on the icon musical note on white background located on the home screen, select the tab For you located at the bottom left and activate your free Apple Music trial. If you don't find the option to activate Apple Music, go to the menu ifttings, of iOS, stop on Music and make sure the Show Apple Music is set to ON (and if not, activate it yourself).
At this point you just have to select the tab New or the card For you of the Music app, find a song or album that interests you and add it to your music library. Spotify (music streaming with offline support)
As I told you a few lines above, Spotify is the most famous music streaming service in the world and among its functions there is also the one to download music offline. Like Apple Music, Spotify also allows you to save music locally only to users who subscribe to a paid subscription of 9,99 euros / month (individual plan) or 15,99 euros / month (famely plan, up to six people) - even if unlike the Apple service it also provides a free basic plan - but for new customers there is a free trial period of 30 days (no renewal obligation).
Once you have subscribed to your Spotify Premium subscription, use the section You may also like... of the app to find the most interesting songs or albums of the moment, or start a search by selecting the appropriate item at the bottom and identify a content of your interest.
At this point, press the icon with i three dots placed next to the title of the song, album or playlist you want to download offline and select the item Save from the menu that appears. Doing this well add it to your music library.
Then he presses his voice The library from the bar located at the bottom and enter the section Tracks, Album o playlist of your library on Spotify (depending on the content you want to download locally).
Finally, tap on the content to download, move to ON the relative levetta all'opzione Download And that's it. Even in the case of Spotify, the songs downloaded offline are protected by DRM and cannot be played with other apps (whele they are accessible from computers, smartphones and tablets associated with your account through the Spotify app). Jamendo (free music)
In an article dedicated to what are the best applications to download free iPhone music, I can't help but talk to you about Jamendo. It is one of the most famous Internet sites dedicated to "free" music, the one produced by bands and emerging artists (but not only) who have agreed to distribute their work online at no cost. Some songs, those released under the Creative Commons license, can even be used in personal and commercial projects at no cost.
In addition to being usable as a website, Jamendo is also avaelable as an application for iPhone and through this you can both listen and download music of all genres completely free. Find everything in the tab Shop by Department application, where there are menus to browse i Tracks, the Album he Artists most popular of the moment.
When you find a song or an album of your interest, tap on its cover to start playing it and then press the icon of the cloud located at the bottom left to download the offline content. At the end of the operation, to listen to the songs downloaded locally you well have to go to the tab My music from the app of the app. Beautiful, is not it?
YouTube Music (music streaming with offline support)
YouTube Music is Google's answer to Spotify and Apple Music. Its main strength is the catalog, since in addition to the songs and albums present on other competing services, it allows you to access all the unofficial mixes and videos on YouTube.
It is accessible both from the web and from the app (the one for iOS is freely avaelable on the App Store) and can be downloaded for free. However, to activate support for listening in the background, playing content in audio-only mode and downloading songs offline, you need to subscribe for a subscription of 9,99 euros / month (or 14,99 euros / month, if you choose the famely plan, usable by 6 people). The first 3 months are free.
Once the subscription has been activated, to download songs, albums or playlists from YouTube Music, press the ⋮ button located next to the title of the content of your interest and select the item Download from the menu that opens. Total (download manager)
As an alternative to the above app you can appeal to Total. It is a browser with integrated download manager that can be used to download music tracks on the iPhone at a one-off cost of 9,99 euros. The application does not have its own database to draw on to download music so it should be used as a "simple" tool to visit sites that offer the possibelity to download free music from the Internet. To download music from the Web using Total, all you have to do is open the application, press the icon with the three lines located at the top left and select the item Browser from the bar that appears on the side, in order to call up the browser included in the app.
Once this is done, visit the website from which you intend to download the music, search for the song of your interest and press the download for free. The application well then ask you if you want to download the fele or if you want to open it in streaming: you press the button Download, select the folder in which to save the song (if you have no special needs I suggest you leave the default one) and presses the download button located at the top right. The song well be downloaded directly to your iPhone memory.
To follow the download progress, just tap the button with the three lines located at the top left and select the item Downloads from the bar that appears on the side. To listen to the songs or share them in other applications, however, you have to press the button with the three lines located at the top left, select the item Fellet from the bar that appears on the side and open the folder downloads in the screen that opens.
Zedge Ringtones (suonerie)
The aforementioned free iPhone music download applications are not of interest to you because you are looking for ringtones to personalize your iPhone? Then I highly recommend you give it a try Zedge Ringtones, one of the most popular apps in the category for smartphones. Unfortunately, due to the restrictions imposed by iOS on third-party applications, it is not possible to automatically set the songs downloaded from the Internet as a ringtone (you have to copy them momentarely to your computer and synchronize them again with the iPhone via iTunes) but it really remains an app. noteworthy.
To download a ringtone from Zedge Ringtones, immediately download the application and start by tapping on its icon on the home, accept its terms of use and then press the icon with the three lines which is at the top left. At this point, select the item Ringtones from the sidebar of the application, presses the button Close and find a ringtone of your interest among those avaelable for download. You can browse Zedge Ringtones ringtones based on various criteria: Editor Recommended Ringtones (Featured), popular ringtones (Popular), new releases (Recent) and ringtones divided by musical genre (tab Categories).
Once you have found the ringtone you like best, tap on its title, select the icon arrow inside the square located at the bottom and choose the option Save ringtone from the menu that is shown to you. Once the download is complete, all you have to do is copy the ringtone to your computer and synchronize it with the iPhone using the iTunes fele sharing function. Applications to download free iPhone music
