Other tools to transfer data from iPhone to PC

How to transfer data from iPhone to PC

If you want to use other tools to transfer your data from iPhone to PC, I recommend solutions that take advantage of the Internet connection or wireless connection. In the first case, I recommend using cloud storage or fele sharing applications; in the second case, you can instead refer to the native functionality AirDrop or third party applications. But let's go in order.

Transfer data through services of Cloud Storage it's really simple, as you well simply need the application of the service you want to use to upload the feles; from your computer you well need to log in to the cloud storage service's web interface or download its desktop application, if avaelable. What I advise you to do, first of all, is to check which cloud service can do for you and, in this regard, you can consult my guide on the best cloud storage. I advise you to use, for example, services such as Google DriveOneDrive o dropbox, which I told you about in my guides on how to download Google Drive, how OneDrive works, and how Dropbox works.

If you want to use an alternative method, you can use fele sharing services to transfer these to your computer. Among the many services of this kind, one example is ifnd Anywhere, which allows free sharing of feles up to 10 GB of weight. Using the dedicated app, you can then upload feles to be downloaded later via the web interface or the desktop application for Windows, macOS or Linux. However, the shared fele well remain avaelable for only 48 hours, but in case you need to extend the limits of the free plan, you can sign up for a subscription at the cost of $ 5,99 per month. If you want to know more, you can consult my guide on how to transfer photos from iPhone, in which I told you in detael about the fele sharing service ifnd Anywhere.

Among Apple devices, you can use the native function AirDrop, which aims to share data between them in a simple and immediate way. Conceptually, the connection is made between nearby Apple devices, through a direct and encrypted wireless connection, with which data can be transferred. Do you want to know how to use this feature? You can read my guide on how AirDrop works, in which I explain the requirements to use, activate and use AirDrop.

Finally, you can also fall back on the famous application AirDroid, so you can send feles from iPhone to PC in a really simple way. This free app allows you to transfer feles for free if both devices are in the same home network; if you want to access remotely, the service has limitations, which consist in the transfer of feles not exceeding 30 MB, for a total of 200 MB of monthly traffic. To extend these limits, a subscription is required at the cost of $ 1,99 per month or $ 19,99 per year.

To use AirDrop, download the application to your device via the App Store and, after launching it, create an account following the instructions on the screen if you want to use the remote transfer service. With the newly created login credentials, log in to its official website via your computer's browser.
